RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
All items are made to order and are non-refundable / exchangeable.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
We will send a replacement for any times that arrive damaged. Request for replacement must be made within 5 days of delivery. Please contact orders@jhinteriordesign to submit your claim.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes, please send notice of cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order to orders@jhinteriordesign.
WHAT ARE THE ESTIMATED LEAD TIMES?
All items are made to order, and lead times vary by product. Please refer to the product listing for lead times.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We will notify you when your order is ready to ship, but feel free to reach out to us at orders@jhinteriordesign to check the status of your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship across the United States. For shipping to all other than the US, please reach out to orders@jhinteriordesign.com for a shipping quote. Customer is responsible for all import fees.

What is the lighting voltage?
All lighting is set to 120V wiring. If you’re project requires 240V wiring please email at orders@jhinteriordesign.com once your order has been placed.
ARE THE LAMPS UL RATED?
All of the electrical components of the Bobine are UL recognized, but the fixture as a whole is not. If you are interested in using them for a commercial project, please reach out and we can arrange to have them listed.
The Rue Sala and Del Playa fixtures are UL Listed.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GLASS LAMPS?
• Handle with care as handblown glass is delicate. Always handle with clean, dry hands and avoid applying excessive pressure or force. Avoid contact with jewelry, as diamonds or other gemstones can scratch glass.
• Sudden temperature changes can cause handblown glass to crack or break. Avoid placing hot items directly onto or near the glass or exposing it to extreme cold. Avoid candles near the glass.
• Only use mild, non-abrasive cleaning solutions and soft cloths. Harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing tools can damage the glass and its finish.
• Dry the glass with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid air drying as it may leave spots or residue.
Keep handblown glass away from high-traffic areas where it may be knocked over. Store it in a safe location to prevent accidental drops or bumps.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY wood LAMPS?
• Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid any harsh chemicals or cleaners as these can adversely affect the finish.
HOW DO I ASSEMBLE MY LAMP?
Secure lampshade to base by slipping it over the threaded rod at the top of the harp and screw on the ball finial. Please refrain from screwing the ball finial too tight to the shade as this could result in glass breakage. If shade isn’t level after assembly, simply loosen the ball finial, turn shade gently until it sits in a level position and retighten ball finial.
